SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Customs and Duties Charges: Almost all shipments crossing international borders (outside the UK) are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. These charges will be included at checkout except otherwise required by the importing countries (some countries require duties to be paid at the border)

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, delivery location of your order and the shipping method you choose.You can view the estimated shipping cost for your order at checkout.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: It depends on your delivery location. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. International deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

 

RETURN AND REFUNDS

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: We are happy to accept returns or exchanges for any unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 7 days of purchase. You are able to return for a different size, style or store credit as we do not issue refunds at this time. Please note that the original tags must be attached and the merchandise must be in its original packaging.

A: We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Kindly contact us to return your items

Abitoye is not responsible for return expenses. All items being returned and delivery costs are borne by the customer wishing to make a return. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty.

A: We will process your return within 2 - 5 business days of receiving it at our warehouse. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

A: We are sorry to hear that you received a damaged or defective item. Please contact us immediately with evidence and we will be happy to assist you.

Please allow 3 business days for a refund to be processed on merchandise that were received damaged.
